Scottsdale Flower Store owner seeking a personal assistant. Very friendly working environment, and the right person will have a great attitude and represent the store in a professional demeanor at all times. Great for someone who is interested in working in the flower/wedding/event planning business. Possibility for advancement, assistant can expect 20-30 hours a week.
Duties:
-represent the store in a professional demeanor
-general errands for the store on a daily basis
-customer service functions
-schedule appointments
-flower deliveries
-make photocopies, fax documents, and mail documents
Qualifications:
-must have a high school diploma or GED
-posses a current/valid AZ drivers license
-prior experience a plus but not required
-general computer knowledge with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Quickbooks.
