Looking for an Assistant

Hot off the press...The lovely Rachel will be having another baby in November as you all may well know if you are a customer as we are watching her grow..She is looking for an assistant now to help with all the overflowing work she has. This job is going to require you to do anything from running errands, answering phone calls, writing proposals, emailing clients, making invoices for our weekly accounts, this job will require you to work until the work is done.

Scottsdale Flower Store owner seeking a personal assistant. Very friendly working environment, and the right person will have a great attitude and represent the store in a professional demeanor at all times. Great for someone who is interested in working in the flower/wedding/event planning business. Possibility for advancement, assistant can expect 20-30 hours a week.

Duties:
-represent the store in a professional demeanor
-general errands for the store on a daily basis
-customer service functions
-schedule appointments
-flower deliveries
-make photocopies, fax documents, and mail documents

Qualifications:
-must have a high school diploma or GED
-posses a current/valid AZ drivers license
-prior experience a plus but not required
-general computer knowledge with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Quickbooks.
